We’ll do our diligence by providing you with a plethora of materials - showcasing our financial and management abilities - as well as the inherent risks involved with investing in underdeveloped nations.
Invest
Whether it’s a short or long term investment, large or small, we will assess your comfort level, willingness to participate and potential value-add to any of our businesses. We’ll then interview you to see if you are a good fit for us, and if so, discover what levels you want to get involved toward the projects. Some choose to remain distant, while others get directly involved. Relationship is everything for us. Our investment strategy and operations are not for everyone, as our primary focus is on creating social and economic change. We are building a job market where there is currently none, and increasing opportunities for locals. Therefore, if we can hire 150 people to brush, remove stumps and dig top soil for a large plantation instead of renting a machine for the same price (or even slightly higher), we will.
Profit
We offer a scaled interest rate for debt loan capital as well as shareholder offers for larger scale investments. Returns offered for short-term loan capital are 20%-33% (payback between 6-12 months). Longer-term sophisticated investors (3-5 years) with $2M minimum investment that offer advisory value to the company will be offered share capital; this is to better empower our vision. Our desire is to garner a billion dollar portfolio fund within 3 years. We divide our projects amongst both singular and syndicated private investors, registering all businesses under a foreign corporate structure that facilitates the least risk possible across the board. We pay ourselves last, and our investors always come first. Your profit is our profit.
